📋 Description

• Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Serve as main point of contact for helpdesk requests and resolutions.
• Document IT processes and coordinate user training as needed.
• Manage IT hardware assets, inventory, and audits.
• Oversee office networking, including firewalls and switches.

🎯 Requirements

• IT support, system administration experience.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and virtualization.
• Cloud operations experience preferred (Azure, M365).
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, M365; account operations.
• Excellent communication and user training coordination; asset management and documentation.
