Software Engineer II, Playback Services

📋 Description

• Design and implement backend services and APIs that support video playback and configuration
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver features
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and system architecture
• Debug and resolve issues related to video delivery, service health, or API behavior
• Own small to mid-sized features from design to deployment
• Follow engineering practices around testing, documentation, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
• Solid backend experience with TypeScript, Go, or similar
• Hands-on cloud experience on AWS or GCP
• Understand video streaming, APIs, and backend service architecture
• Independent worker with Agile experience and proactive in seeking feedback
