Senior FP&A Analyst (all genders)

📋 Description

• 12 month maternity cover in Berlin, hybrid setup
• Lead FP&A, dashboards, forecasting, and planning for a high-growth SaaS business
• Collaborate with Data, Accounting, and Marketing to align metrics
• Modernize FP&A stack and data flows
• Provide strategic visibility for Board, CFO, and Head of FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years FP&A/analytical finance experience
• Strong Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC)
• Investor-grade reporting experience beneficial
• Excellent English; German a plus
• Bias to action and ownership mindset
