📋 Description

• Develop and execute partnership strategies across JDM, CM, and ODM engagement models based on
• Lead end-to-end RFI and RFP processes with manufacturing partners, define requirements, manage
• Evaluate partners on technical capabilities, manufacturing readiness, quality, capacity, financial
• Negotiate and structure master services agreements, statements of work, pricing, IP, warranties
• Establish commercial and operational ownership across partner models, including design
• Develop transparent cost structures covering BOMs, tooling, labor, overhead, margins, and total

🎯 Requirements

• Ten+ years in strategic sourcing, manufacturing partnerships, supplier management, or supply-chain
• Direct experience selecting and managing JDM, CM, and ODM partners for complex hardware programs.
• Understanding of JDM/CM/ODM business models including design ownership, engineering
• Experience leading partner engagements from RFI/RFP through onboarding, NPI, ramp, and ongoing
• Strong negotiation skills; experience with MSAs, SOWs, tooling, capacity, pricing, IP, quality, and
• Expertise in manufacturing cost models, should-cost analysis, open-book pricing, and TCO.
