📋 Description

• Own day-to-day digital workplace operations: device provisioning, access management, and employee
• Identify repetitive business processes and convert them into AI-powered automations.
• Collaborate with People, Technology, and business teams to remove friction and improve workflows.
• Help define roadmap, governance, and systems for a growing distributed workforce.
• Balance IT operations with automation, AI capabilities, and practical tech solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT support, workplace tech, or digital operations, ideally in remote/distributed org.
• Knowledge of device management/MDM, identity and access management, SaaS administration, and
• Hands-on AI automation experience with Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or
• Proven ability to deploy AI automations used by others, not just experiments.
• Strong process-mapping, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to switch between hands-on IT and automation planning.
