📋 Description
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Foreman to plan, execute, and finalize projects
- Oversee daily field operations and report to Project Foreman.
- Read and implement plans, perform project layout, and adjust in the field as needed.
- Coordinate schedule, staff, equipment, and resources to meet project requirements.
- Communicate with production and installation teams in the field.
- Follow safety rules and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of project field experience
- Problem solving and adaptability to project changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- Detail oriented, adaptable, able to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
