📋 Description

• Lead architecture, engineering, and operations for enterprise data platforms in a remote setting.
• Drive Azure-based data ecosystem strategy, including data engineering, cloud, DevOps, automation
• Mentor cross-functional teams across data, engineering, and operations with a focus on high
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex technology challenges into practical
• Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, and platform reliability across data platforms and
• Guide budgeting, cost optimization, and strategic vendor/remote employee management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Math/IT; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years in IT or related field; 7+ years building/managing data platforms on Azure.
• Strong expertise in Azure services: Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Data Factory, Service Bus, VMs
• 7+ years of tech management experience; 7+ years leading data/analytics teams.
• 5+ years in follow-the-sun data operations and/or data engineering environments; 5+ years incident
• Database troubleshooting, data warehousing, BI analytics; Infrastructure as Code; modern cloud
