Office Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Build automations for internal processes using low-code, scripts, APIs, and AI tools.
• Develop workflows for approvals, notifications, data collection, and reporting.
• Integrate tools like Google Workspace, email, databases, forms, and dashboards.
• Use AI to automate document summarization, data extraction, and content generation.
• Create and maintain scripts, connectors, templates, prompts, and reusable components.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and enhancement of automations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in automation development or related roles.
• Hands-on with Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Zapier or Make.
• Familiar with APIs, webhooks, data formats, forms, spreadsheets, databases, workflows.
• Experience with Google Workspace or similar productivity platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication with business users; good documentation.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, dashboards, or SQL.
