- Lead the local BTS agenda and act as strategic technology partner to General Manager and Affiliate
- Shape the affiliate technology roadmap, portfolio, and investments
- Ensure reliable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of BTS capabilities
- Drive digital transformation and adoption of enterprise solutions
- Build stakeholder relationships across a matrix organization
- Lead and develop the local BTS team and support organizational change
🎯 Requirements
- In-depth experience in business and/or BTS
- Strong leadership in complex, cross-functional environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong business understanding linking strategy, operations, and technology
- Experience in transformation, change management, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
