- Design, build, and ship AI agents to reduce friction in Customer Team workflows.
- Lead a small team and collaborate with AI Transformation and Support teams to land tooling.
- Own knowledge base, docs, and content strategies for AI-enabled support.
- Shape end-to-end self-service and AI-powered customer answers with quality at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in AI/automation, support enablement, or knowledge/content strategy.
- Hands-on builder of agents or automation workflows; not just spec work.
- Experience mentoring/leading others; strong systems thinker.
- Cross-functional with comfort in AI engineering and frontline operations.
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Help Scout, Talkdesk, Claude, Gumloop.
