Business Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Engage stakeholders and document functional requirements for technology solutions
• Recommend opportunities for business improvements and process enhancements
• Collaborate within the Global Delivery Platform System Enablement team
• Work at the intersection of product development and consulting for case management/incident
• Support healthcare-focused digital initiatives and Dynamics 365 configurations
• Operate in an agile, globally distributed environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in business systems analysis with enterprise software implementations
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms and/or Customer Service/Field Service
• University degree in Business/CS/Engineering or equivalent IT education
• Strong SDLC and Agile experience; translate business needs into tech solutions
• Power Platform experience (Power BI/Automate/Apps) and data modeling skills
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence for requirements tracking and agile docs
