Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Kubernetes infrastructure integrated into
• Shape the long-term platform engineering roadmap and mentor senior talent across studios and time
• Operate at a high technical influence level to optimize developer velocity and minimize friction
• Build robust paved paths, self-service automation, and advanced tooling for deployment and scaling
• Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to ensure platform patterns are effectively adopted.

🎯 Requirements

• Behavioral: customer-first mindset with the ability to influence across teams and time zones.
• Functional/Technical: expert Kubernetes architecture, cloud-native ecosystems, and
• Strategic Influence: translate long-term goals into technical roadmaps for the platform team.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10+ years in Infrastructure/DevOps/Platform Engineering; 4+ years building internal
• Cloud Expertise: deep experience with AWS and/or GCP for elastic production workloads.
