Lead Accountant – China & Hong Kong

📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day finance and accounting for China and Hong Kong entities.
• Own AP payments, reimbursements, general ledger, prepaid expenses.
• Maintain GL, post JEs, reconcile to group ERP (NetSuite).
• Track fixed assets, depreciation, intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure local statutory bookkeeping and tax filings in PRC/HK.
• Support internal/external audits and global close with India/US teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting; China entity ownership; HK exposure a plus.
• PRC GAAP knowledge; HKFRS/Profits Tax/MPF familiarity a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Fluent Mandarin and business English; Cantonese a plus.
• Strong cross-border coordination with global finance teams.
• Detail-oriented; independent single-resource role across entities.
