Senior Application Support consultant - Distribution

📋 Description

• Provide first level direct support to partners and customers via phone/chat/web meetings
• Proficiency with Acumatica’s product suite; troubleshoot and analyze application issues
• Maintain positive client relationships and communicate product plans and supportability issues
• Document inquiries and reported problems; reproduce issues and feed feedback to
• Share best practices and participate in projects to expand client support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ERP, preferably SaaS-based
• Experience as end-user of Acumatica, Odoo, SAP, or Netsuite in Manufacturing/SC/Distribution
• Familiarity with inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Lot tracking)
• Strong remote service delivery skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Comfort troubleshooting CRM/ERP software (e.g., Dynamics AX/NAV, SAP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards
• Knowledge of Tiered Support (L1-3) and escalation processes
