📋 Description

• Senior role focusing on adapting and integrating a global mobile network platform across markets.
• Interface between regulatory requirements, product, engineering, and external partners.
• Lead discovery with mobile network operators, regulators, and internal teams to define priorities
• Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into actionable solutions for core network
• Provide functional leadership to engineering teams and document acceptance criteria and workflows.
• Balance compliance with scalability and maintainability across multiple markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Technical Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, or similar in telecom/tech.
• Ability to translate regulatory docs into clear engineering requirements and deliverables.
• Strong telecom knowledge: SIP, SMS routing, MNP, interconnectivity, and related services.
• Experience writing user stories, specs, acceptance criteria, and docs for engineering execution.
• Proficient with Jira for requirements and delivery workflows.
• Experience with international roaming, MVNOs, and global telecom markets.
