📋 Description

• Oversee payroll activities for Philippines and Korea with APAC support, ensuring compliance and
• Collect, validate, and record employee changes impacting payroll with complete supporting
• Support global payroll transformation (ADP transition) and Wave 2 integration between Workday and
• Serve as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries with a 24-hour SLA and collaborate with
• Manage payroll administration for APAC locations including Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India.
• Provide summarized payroll reports to General Accounting and assist with audits and stakeholder

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of payroll processing experience in multi-country or multinational environments.
• Strong experience with Philippines and Korea payroll; knowledge of Singapore, Australia, Japan, and
• Experience with ADP, Celergo, and Workday; Workday integration experience is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
