Senior Product Designer (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design for complex, workflow-driven digital products, balancing usability
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into evidence-based design
• Create wireframes, interaction flows, visual assets, mockups, and prototypes using an iterative
• Validate proposed solutions through research and feedback rather than relying on intuition.
• Analyze existing experiences to identify friction and iterate to improve the user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience designing digital products with a portfolio showing complex
• Strong experience in B2B products or similar complex domains.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and strong English for internal collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, incl. working with design systems.
• Proven ability to conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering across the full product lifecycle.
