- Build, define, and scale an AI/data services portfolio.
- Lead client-facing AI engagements across full lifecycle.
- Establish repeatable delivery methodologies and assets.
- Act as senior advisor translating AI capabilities into business value.
- Own delivery performance: quality, staffing, scope, satisfaction.
- Build and develop a high-performing AI/data services team.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in tech/consulting/pro services; 5+ years leading a unit/line.
- Experience scoping/delivering AI solutions through production/adoption.
- Strong knowledge of applied AI, LLMs, data tech, integrations, analytics.
- P&L ownership with revenue/margin accountability.
- Experience launching/scaling new tech service offerings.
- Ability to define delivery methodologies and sell complex engagements.
