Network Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver level 1/2 technical support for multi-entity infrastructures.
• Ensure continuity and reliability of business operations across network and security disciplines.
• Based in Porto; work in a fast-paced, high-tech operational environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Network/Systems Operations Center (NOC) or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS or similar).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, NTP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor devices (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Check Point, Fortinet).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Nice-to-have ITIL, automation/scripting (Python, Shell, Perl, PHP).
