• The Payroll Finance Analyst supports financial governance, integrity, and reporting of UK and
• Collaborates with Global Payroll Compliance Manager to ensure accurate payroll-related accounting.
• Supports audits, compliance, and drives process improvements across payroll finance operations.
• Combines payroll expertise with financial analysis and partner collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or M.Com or MBA (Finance) in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in Finance, Accounting, Payroll Finance, R2R, GL, or Shared Services.
• Experience in balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Part-qualified or pursuing CA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in payroll accounting/operations and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar).
