📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and execution for Builder experiences, guiding projects from discovery to
• Translate customer needs and objectives into clear experience direction for complex creator
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define vision and align teams around outcomes.
• Design and refine editing experiences: visual canvases, controls, templates, and AI-assisted
• Apply exceptional craft across hierarchy, layout, motion, accessibility, and usability.
• Influence senior stakeholders with insights, data, and design rationale.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in leadership/mentorship.
• Experience with creator tools, WYSIWYG editors, drag-and-drop interfaces, no-code builders, SaaS
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, empathy, impact; portfolio submission
• Proven ability to lead product design across the full lifecycle (research to usability testing).
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to typography, grids, motion
• Experience designing AI-powered interfaces and AI-assisted creation workflows.
