📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud software engineers, establishing
• Support hiring, onboarding, succession planning, knowledge sharing, and team development
• Provide technical leadership across cloud-based and distributed systems, contributing to
• Guide the development of Go-based cloud platforms and services, including high-volume, low-latency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree, including significant
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting engineers across multiple product teams, programs, or
• Strong software engineering background with cloud-based or distributed systems and the technical
