📋 Description

• Lead reporting, analytics, and workforce planning
• Strengthen client/team relationships and manage expectations
• Deliver data reports, insights, and actionable strategies
• Oversee reports across Hyderabad and Clark sites
• Ensure data accuracy and dashboard integrity
• Develop training and empower staff with skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors preferred but not required
• 5+ years in reporting, analytics, and workforce mgmt
• 2+ years in senior/leadership role, multi-site
• Experience building scalable analytics frameworks
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Data Studio
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
