China Sr. Manager, Quality Management, Training, & Compliance (QMTC)

📋 Description

• Establish QM framework in China R&D with quality elements (processes, issue, risk, knowledge
• Ensure clinical studies in China meet regulatory requirements through the QM framework

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent degree, health-related preferred
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical industry, ideally in development operations/quality management
• Lead quality discussions and promote projects with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Quality by Design, quality risk management, risk-based monitoring, ICH E6 R3
• English communication skills; TOEIC 850 or equivalent
• Knowledge of global processes and Chinese regulatory requirements for clinical studies
