📋 Description

• Lead a server-engineering team for subscription/payments backend
• Own roadmap for payments and subscription infra
• Drive platform and product work for subscription services
• Stay hands-on; write code and shape architecture
• Hire and grow engineers across levels
• Maintain reliability; own on-call and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend software dev experience
• 2+ years engineering management or tech lead experience
• Proficiency in Ruby, Java, Scala, Python, or Go
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes
• Interest in payments, billing, or subscription systems
