📋 Description
- Manage and execute solutions for Occupational Health and Safety matters with minimal supervision
- Serve as an internal point of contact for routine and non-routine OHS questions, providing guidance
- Manage the relationship and deliverables of current OHS vendors, training partners, and health
- Monitor vendor performance through comprehensive assessments and consistent feedback.
- Lead the team’s engagement with Remote’s employees in providing them with their health assessment
- Coordinate and execute country Occupational Health and Safety internal audits to support compliance
🎯 Requirements
- Occupational Health and Safety certification/degree with multi-country Europe experience.
- Experience scouting onboarding and/or managing vendors and partners.
- Ability to engage external employees and vendors across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and project management skills for mapping and implementing new processes.
- Fluent English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus.
