Information Systems Engineer 2

📋 Description

• Coordinate 90–180 day technical certification lifecycles from initiation to post-launch
• Primary technical contact for merchant/POS vendor portfolios; manage requirements, testing, and
• Create, customize, maintain, and troubleshoot test scripts for customer hardware/software
• Configure test environments with test cards, prompts, velocity limits, and parameters.
• Partner with client engineering for secure connectivity (SSL, VPN, Direct Connect).
• Execute intermediate–advanced SQL queries to audit results and validate data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in payment processing, IT systems support, QA, or related technical environment.
• Strong understanding of API and network interface testing requirements.
• Intermediate–advanced SQL skills for querying and validating data.
• Experience creating/executing test scripts and validation files.
• Familiarity with payment processing workflows and POS environments.
