Senior Applied AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed with GTM &A teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities and act as product manager
• Own lifecycle from requirements to deployment and adoption measurement, focusing on business
• Serve as AI advisor for function leaders, translating needs into engineering plans.
• Deliver hands-on AI enablement and training for non-R&D teams.
• Collaborate on shared infrastructure while feeding requirements from the field.
• Measure AI adoption impact to drive investment and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Proven experience delivering technology-driven transformation with non-technical teams.
• Exceptional communication: discovery sessions with VPs, clear briefs, executive results, mentor
• Strong product instincts: focus on user problems, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction; build backlog from business understanding.
• Passionate about LLMs, prompt engineering, AI patterns (agentic/workflows, RAG, agents, tools).
