Fircosoft Application Specialist / Engineer

📋 Description

• Support Firco Continuity and Fircosoft apps in production and non-production
• Provide L3 application support: monitoring, incident mgmt, root-cause analysis, performance
• Assist sanctions screening across real-time payments, SWIFT, Wire, ACH
• Configure screening rules, watchlists, Firco Utilities (FMM/FML/FUM/FFFClassic)
• Integrate with MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, scheduling tools like TWS
• Develop SQL queries/scripts (Oracle/MS SQL) and Unix/Linux shells for automation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in tech, app implementation/production support, ideally in
• Strong hands-on Firco Continuity configuration, support, troubleshooting, production ops
• Experience with Fircosoft Trust and Firco Utilities (FMM/FML/FUM/FFFClassic)
• Solid understanding of sanctions screening and payment workflows (SWIFT/Wire/ACH/realtime)
• SQL and databases (Oracle/MS SQL) + Unix/Linux shell scripting
• Experience with messaging/integration tech: MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, TWS
