Field Service Trainee

📋 Description

• Accompany experienced service engineers during pre-installation activities, equipment
• Support the installation, troubleshooting, and planned maintenance of single-use and chromatography
• Progress toward independently attending customer service calls, or work alongside trained engineers
• Develop practical knowledge of equipment such as upstream bioreactors and downstream liquid
• Support service documentation, reporting, escalation, travel coordination, and other operational
• Interact professionally with customers and internal teams to support effective service delivery and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical
• Fresh graduates and recently qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and progressively work with greater independence.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used for technical service, maintenance, and repairs.
• Interest in learning how to troubleshoot bioprocessing equipment, including upstream bioreactors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
