📋 Description

• Design, build, and own systems powering Voice AI and Text AI agents across customer touchpoints.
• Craft system-level prompts to shape agent behavior and performance.
• Develop tool-calling integrations for safe, real-world actions (appointments, data lookup
• Build LLM-as-a-judge evaluations, telemetry, traces, and dashboards for reliability.
• Collaborate with product/design to balance user needs and technical trade-offs.
• Apply industry-standard engineering practices: code review, tests, CI/CD, feature flags

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production; prompt engineering and tool calling.
• Backend experience in Elixir, Go, Python, or similar; able to learn new languages.
• Comfort traversing the stack: data models, LLM/agent logic, APIs, and UI where needed.
• Track record of leading projects from spec to launch with multiple contributors.
• Strong ownership, bias for action, and accountability through delivery.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; eager to advance AI
