📋 Description

• Lead a team of software and AI engineers
• Own code, deploy, test, eval AI components
• Lead with CI/CD, TDD, eval harnesses
• Collaborate with product, domain experts, and engineers
• Stay current with AI advances and apply them
• Mentor and coach team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years practical Java experience
• 3-5 years prompt engineering experience
• 3-5 years integrating AI/ML services and APIs
• Python, Java, JavaScript proficiency
• Experience with REST/streaming APIs, model endpoints
• Cloud/IaaS familiarity (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
