Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electromechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Train customers on daily machine operation and share best practices.
• Document service activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales teams to ensure a great customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or proven practical mechanical field service experience.
• EFK and AuS qualifications mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years in Field Service Engineering.
• Hands-on with mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment).
• Basic electrical understanding; fluent in English and German; travel across Germany (and nearby
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
