Principal Software Engineer, Front End Web UI Platform

📋 Description

• Own the technical direction of the web UI platform across performance, accessibility, consistency
• Balance long-term architectural strategy with hands-on engineering and delivery.
• Lead large, cross-team frontend initiatives and migrations with careful sequencing.
• Establish reusable frontend patterns, standards, tooling, and paved paths across teams.
• Develop architecture proposals, evaluate tradeoffs, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Drive modernization across a large and evolving frontend codebase.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade software in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript
• Deep expertise in React or Angular, including framework internals and SSR.
• Experience modernizing frontend systems in large, multi-team codebases.
• Strong understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and optimization.
• Ability to lead cross-team frontend migrations and large-scale rollouts.
