📋 Description
- Lead the technical strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of AI-powered code review
- Define how the review agent reasons, including context, models, and information across reviews.
- Evaluate emerging model capabilities and translate advances into stronger code review experiences.
- Establish and improve high-quality AI code review definitions via offline evaluations, online
- Own end-to-end review experiences across development environments, CLI workflows, and pull requests.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and on-call operations for a high-throughput distributed service.
🎯 Requirements
- 11+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
- Equivalent experience via education background accepted.
- Strong technical leadership: architecture ownership and large-scale production systems.
- Extensive programming in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
- Experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems, web services, APIs, and cloud
- Hands-on experience applying frontier AI/LLM models at scale and building/operating AI-powered
