Testing Lead

📋 Description

• Own the quality gate for human and AI-generated code.
• Define acceptance criteria with product and clients.
• Design and maintain automated test suites across web, API, and end-to-end flows.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD and the agentic development workflow.
• Push quality practices upstream to improve engineering output.
• Investigate failures and drive root cause.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SDET, QA, or test automation with test strategy ownership.
• Strong coding ability: TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python.
• Fluency with modern test frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Vitest, Jest, pytest).
• Experience defining acceptance testing and functional validation.
• Comfortable reviewing others' output.
• Strong English communication.
