📋 Description

• Monitor global gaming platform, ensuring stable performance for millions of players
• Operate in a 24/7 SRE-style environment with shift-based scheduling
• Diagnose issues, analyze metrics, and assist incident response
• Collaborate with development/ops teams and document RCAs
• Tune metrics and reduce alert noise for reliability
• Participate in incident reviews and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• System administration/DevOps or technical support background
• Solid Linux and CLI skills
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and log analysis tools
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Loki, Splunk or similar
• Configuring monitoring tools like Prometheus, Alertmanager, Datadog
• European time-aligned shift work; willing to work non-business hours
