Lead Software Engineer, Backend - Consumer Experience

📋 Description

• Lead projects through full life cycle with cross-team dependencies.
• Own wide problem spaces: frontend, database design, APIs, CI/CD.
• Design and write Go services to improve availability and latency.
• Participate in code/design reviews for high standards.
• Plan capacity, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product/experience teams on feature specs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering in distributed systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals in algorithms/data structures.
• Understanding of performance and scaling.
• Willing to work with Golang (Go).
