Engineering Manager, Frontend Experience

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 frontend engineers through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, career
• Balance technical leadership with delivery management, enabling autonomy with strong execution and
• Lead modular frontend architecture using Module Federation, Micro Frontends, and related patterns.
• Drive migration from Angular to React and advance a web-based hybrid mobile strategy using
• Define and maintain engineering standards for code quality, performance, security, scalability, and
• Guide modernization of the frontend toolchain (React, TypeScript, Webpack, MUI) and prepare

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in engineering management
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, modern frontend build systems like Webpack or Vite, and
• Experience leading teams through modernization initiatives (framework migrations, legacy-system
• Strong understanding of responsive web development and web-based hybrid mobile technologies
• Proven ability to solve complex system-design challenges across applications, teams, and domains.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
