🎯 Requirements

• 15–20+ years of software engineering experience
• Principal-level technical scope with platform adoption
• Deep production experience with build systems, CI/CD, internal dev platforms
• Recent coding agents experience in engineering workflows
• Strong systems-design and multi-year horizon planning
