📋 Description

• Design, build, and own systems powering Voice and Text AI agents across calls, SMS, and email.
• Craft system-level prompts to shape agent behavior and performance.
• Develop tool-calling integrations for real-world actions (appointments, data lookups, transfers).
• Build AI observability: telemetry, traces, dashboards to measure reliability.
• Collaborate with product/design, balance user needs with technical trade-offs.
• Apply industry-standard engineering practices: code reviews, testing, CI/CD, feature flags

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production: prompts, tool calls, evaluation frameworks, or agent
• Backend experience in Elixir, Go, Python or similar language, with ability to learn new tech.
• Comfort across stack: data model, LLM/agent logic, APIs, and UI where needed.
• Track record of leading projects from spec to launch with multiple contributors.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and cross-team collaboration.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
