Principal Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the architecture of our dashboard platform and the design system used across the company
• Bring technical depth to de-risk our highest-impact initiatives
• Act as a technical multiplier for engineers across multiple teams — lead the hardest problems
• Report into engineering leadership for Global Growth and collaborate with engineering managers and
• Contribute to Open Source projects and share learnings through posts and blogs
• Work with a range of technologies to build simple, reliable systems

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack expertise with front-end architecture and back-end delivery
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Golang, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React
• Experience with Postgres, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, GCP
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to executives and engineers
• Proven track record operating as a senior technical leader across multiple teams
• Strong collaboration and systems-thinking mindset
