Structural Fabrication Estimator

📋 Description

• Take detailed material and quantity takeoffs for structural steel fabrication
• Prepare estimates, bids, pricing proposals, and docs from drawings/specs
• Review docs for scope, discrepancies, risks, and missing info
• Prepare submittals, RFI responses, and pre-construction docs
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
• Communicate to obtain project information when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in structural fabrication estimating
• Background in structural steel, custom fabrication, or heavy fabrication
• Strong fabrication/process knowledge and cost understanding
• Proven ability to produce accurate estimates and spot gaps
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Strong organization; manage multiple bids and deadlines
