Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose/mechanical and electromechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, retrofits.
• Train customers on daily machine operation and best practices.
• Document service activities; provide feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales for quality service.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical education or proven mechanical field service experience.
• EFK and AuS qualifications mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years in Field Service Engineering.
• Hands-on with pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment.
• Basic electrical systems/controls understanding preferred.
• Fluent in English and German; travel across Germany/Europe.
