📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive user experiences
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
• Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) for product exploration and growth surfaces

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
• Strong prototyping skills with appropriate fidelity
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
