Technical Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Manage team, delegate tasks, share information within team and provide feedback
• Lead a diverse team of technical experts to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to align technical capabilities
• Oversee 24/7 Live-Studio Production infrastructure and workflow planning
• Monitor and manage broadcast equipment, server rooms, and environmental conditions
• Develop contingency plans for live broadcasts and ensure emergency protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, IT, Telecommunication or related field preferred
• 2-3 years in live studio broadcasting production or technical management
• Proven leadership in technical operations and strategic planning
• Experience with broadcast equipment, server room systems and emerging technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Proficiency in Armenian and English with strong interpersonal skills
