📋 Description
- Hands-on field service at customer sites for critical power equipment
- Troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and
- Identify issues, recommend corrective actions to improve performance and reliability
- Prepare for service assignments per customer requirements, quality, and safety standards
- Coach and train Associate/Field Service Technicians; supervise complex site activities
- Prepare material/equipment lists and ensure parts/tools meet quality standards
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering/Engineering Technology with 6+ years, or Associate’s with 8+
- Hands-on experience servicing critical power or related electrical equipment
- Strong written/verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts
- Collaborative, independent work style; strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office; project management basics using Project/Excel
- Proven ability to create/test plans and report results
