📋 Description

• Lead backend development for .NET stack and architecture decisions.
• Analyze and tune system designs to remove performance bottlenecks.
• Review code and designs; drive R&D for new features.
• Prototype migrations and new architecture directions.
• Identify tech debt and prioritize improvements.
• Mentor BE developers, foster excellence and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of .NET web development experience.
• 2+ years in Tech Lead/Team Lead/Architect roles.
• Deep .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, C# expertise.
• Strong relational and non-relational DB experience.
• Experience with backend architecture and async/event-driven design.
• Experience with SSE, Long Polling, WebSockets.
