📋 Description

• Design and deliver features for Backend or Frontend apps.
• Debug and resolve issues across SDLC stages.
• Write high-quality, scalable, reusable code.
• Participate in RFCs and team initiatives.
• On-call responder and mentor for junior engineers.
• Support hiring and onboarding efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Java expertise with modern features and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of distributed architectures and OO design.
• 3+ years SQL, indexing, migrations, and API integration.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), monitoring, logging.
• Familiar with microservices, event-driven architectures, agile methods.
• Proficient in algorithms/data structures and core dev principles.
