Connectivity Specialist, Service Delivery

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for telecom/connectivity services.
• Coordinate DIA, EPL/EVPL, internet, NIDs, cloud direct-connects, LTE, dark fiber, cross-connects.
• Manage multi-site deployments with milestones and timelines.
• Primary customer contact during implementation with proactive updates.
• Coordinate internal/external teams and vendors for installations.
• Oversee on-site activities and ensure accurate site information for teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years telecom/connectivity delivery exp.
• 2+ years coordinating service delivery with field techs, carriers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of DIA, EPL/EVPL, internet access, NIDs, dark fiber, cloud connects, LTE, data
• Familiarity with routers, switches, NIDs, and SD-WAN appliances.
• Experience managing on-site installations and multi-vendor deployments.
• Excellent customer-facing communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
